How much time should I set aside for my session?
Please plan for a dedicated 3 to 6 hours for this special day. This isn’t just the hypnosis itself (which usually lasts about 2 hours); it’s a complete, unhurried experience. We’ll spend meaningful time connecting in an interview beforehand, allowing you to share your story. Afterward, we’ll have a gentle review, ensuring you feel grounded, heard, and supported from start to finish.
How much are QHHT sessions?
Until January 16, 2026, the investment for new clients (3 to 6-hour private session) is $344. This honors the dedicated, one-on-one time we spend together, diving deep into your personal exploration, understanding, and healing.
How can I best prepare for my session?
The most important thing is to simply come with an open mind and heart. Please bring your list of questions; wear cozy, comfortable clothing; and try to get a good night’s rest beforehand. Just set the intention to be open and receptive to whatever your inner wisdom wishes to share with you.

You are welcome to bring any questions that matter deeply to you. This is your time. Many people ask about their life’s purpose, challenges with health or relationships, emotional patterns, or connections to the past. What does it feel like to be hypnotized?
It’s a beautifully natural and peaceful feeling. Most people describe it as a state of deep, nourishing relaxation, similar to a daydream or the moments just before you fall asleep. You may feel a pleasant calmness, a sense of warmth, or a gentle heaviness in your limbs. You are always aware and can always hear my voice gently guiding you..
Is it normal to feel scared? Is exploring past lives frightening?
Yes, it is completely normal to feel a little apprehensive. I’ve been there myself. Please let me reassure you: this is a gentle, natural state of awareness. It is not frightening. You are always safe and in control, feeling deeply relaxed, much like a peaceful meditation.
While exploring memories can bring up emotions, the purpose is always understanding, compassion, and release, never to re-experience trauma. I will be right there with you, guiding you gently so you can integrate the insights in a healing way.
I'm nervous…what if it doesn't "work" for me?

Is our session private? Will it be recorded?
Yes. Your experience is held in complete confidence. I will provide you with an audio recording of the hypnosis part of your journey. This recording is for your personal use only; I never share client sessions or personal information publicly. Your privacy is absolutely paramount.
Is this a substitute for medical treatment or psychological therapy?
This is such an important question. QHHT is a powerful tool for self-discovery, spiritual healing, and personal insight, but it is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care.
