PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION
Getting Ready:
To make sure we can really dive deep and make the most of our time together, I wanted to share a few thoughts on how you can get prepped. Doing a little thinking beforehand makes a huge difference!
What’s on Your Mind? (Your Questions!)
Please spend some time jotting down questions you have about your journey right now? Aiming for around 10-15 is usually a great target, but no pressure – just bring what feels right.
Think about anything you’re curious about or want some clarity on. Stuff like:
- Things you’re currently working through or worried about.
- Your life’s purpose or what’s next for you.
- Goals you want to set.
- Past lives or karmic connections…(e.g., How do my past lives or karmic connections impact or relate to my current life?)
- Relationships – the good ones and the tricky ones! (e.g., Will I ever find a partner? When? / Why are things so weird with my brother? Can we fix it?)
- Physical stuff or health questions (e.g., This Type 2 Diabetes – why me? Can it get better? Why do I have this persistent cough? I have severe migraine headaches. Why? )
- Weird or interesting past experiences (dreams, visions, feelings, etc.) you want to understand (e.g., Years ago I had this crazy dream/feeling – what was that about?)
- Things you’re super interested in or skills you want to grow (e.g., I’ve always loved [subject], can we explore that? / Can I get better at trusting my gut/intuition? How?)
- Just wanting more peace, balance, or good vibes in your life! (e.g., How can I gain more peace in my life? / Can I connect with my spirit guide(s) or guardian angel(s)?)
Don’t stick just to these – bring whatever feels important to YOU!
Super helpful: Please list your questions in order of most important right now? That way, we make sure to hit the big stuff first. Just write or type them on paper (old school works best here). It is also helpful to list any medications you may be taking and the reason (IE: Diabetes, Blood Pressure). No need to send your list beforehand, just bring them with you.
A Few Friendly Pointers for a Great Session:
- Get Excited! Seriously, your positive energy makes a difference! Just decide it’s going to be awesome. Tell your busy brain it gets to relax for a bit! A little reminder like “I’m ready to connect!” can help.
- Bring Your List (on Paper!): Yep, mentioning it again because it’s key! Having your questions written down helps guide everything. (Quick heads up: we’ll put phones/tablets away after our initial chat, so paper is the way to go!).
- Chill Out Beforehand: Before you head over, maybe take a few quiet minutes, go for a short walk, or listen to some calming music? Whatever helps you feel relaxed and centered is perfect.
- Food & Drink: Be sure to skip the caffeine or super heavy/sugary foods right before. This will help you feel more comfortable, relaxed and focused. A light meal beforehand is great. We will not be taking a “lunch” break, but we will take a quick 5-10 minute restroom/snack break after our chat/before the Induction. I’ll have bottled water and some protein bars here too!
- Comfy Clothes: Definitely dress comfortably! Layers are always a good bet. Super rare, but sometimes people have a big energy release (like a detox vibe) – probably won’t happen, but having an extra top handy isn’t the worst idea, just in case!
- You’ll Get a Recording: I’ll email you an audio recording of the session within a few days. Even if you think you remember everything, it’s like a dream and details may fade! Listening back is so helpful for letting it all sink in. The more you listen, the more you get!
- Just You Time: This session is all about you. To keep things private and focused, your session will be just us – no friends or family may join. (No exceptions.) The recording is totally confidential too, just for you (unless you decide to share it later).
A QHHT session is not advisable for the following client types (in these cases a Surrogate QHHT session is recommended):
Ensuring a safe, effective, and positive experience for every client is my utmost priority. While QHHT offers profound benefits, the immersive nature of a standard session requires a level of participation that may not be suitable or comfortable for everyone.
With care and consideration for individual well-being, a standard QHHT session is generally not recommended in the following circumstances:
- Age: Sessions are designed for adults, aged 18 and older.
- Physical Well-being: The process involves active engagement over approximately 4-6 hours. If an individual’s current health condition makes sustained participation challenging or overly strenuous, a standard session may not be the best fit at this time.
- Specific Mental Health Conditions: Out of deep respect for individual needs and the nature of the QHHT process, standard sessions are not advisable for those diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID/Multiple Personality Disorder), or Bipolar Disorder (particularly when involving mania or psychosis).
- Communication Needs: Clear and fluid communication is essential. Standard sessions may present significant challenges for individuals who are deaf or severely hearing impaired.
A Heartfelt Alternative: Surrogate QHHT
In any of these situations, I lovingly recommend exploring a Surrogate QHHT session. This gentle yet powerful alternative allows a close family member or trusted individual to participate in the session on behalf of the person seeking insight or healing. It’s a wonderful way to access the benefits of QHHT when a standard session isn’t feasible.
